Booking Policy

A new book should be made Online at least 48 hours before the session start. Once you complete your booking, you’ll be sent a confirmation email with information to help you get ready for your coaching session.

While accountability is both the Client’s responsibility and my offering to better our experience, the Client takes full responsibility for their company’s or organization’s own decision-making and actions for outcomes and consequences.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel or reschedule your session, please go back to your original session confirmation email and there will be a prompt to do so. Please note, you cannot cancel or reschedule your coaching session online within a 24-hour window of your session time. Please Contact Us in the rare case this situation arises. On the rare occasion, if we need to cancel an appointment, VIV Coaching reserves the right to do so at any time with an opportunity to re-book the session when it works for both parties.

Cancellation: Refundable more than 24 hours before the reserved session. Non-refundable within 24 hours before the session starts. 

Rescheduling: Before the 24-hour window prior to the session, reschedule is free of charge. After the 24-hour window (less than 24 hours before the reserved session starts) is considered as the session cancelled, therefore non-refundable.

Sara Wang is a businesswoman and entrepreneur who has worked across Europe, Asia, and the Americas helping organizations develop international markets in both corporate and non-profit settings. Her work has spanned across many fields, from oil and gas, steel, real estate development, renewable energy, sustainable development, art, culture, and the Olympics.

The Path To VIV

Sara founded VIV Coaching in Vancouver, BC, to share her business knowledge and expertise with up-and-coming professionals. Her goal was to focus on young entrepreneurs, professionals, small-medium size organizations, and start-ups because she understood the need for these individuals to grow and transform in a healthy way from the start. Through her coaching, she has had the opportunity to meet and assist professionals from all backgrounds, in all walks of an organization’s life cycle. She hopes that, through VIV, she can incite positive transformations that allow her clients to unlock their full potential.

Awards and Accomplishments

Sara was recently nominated for the Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards. She’s been a senior management executive and consultant for over a decade. She’s also actively involved in philanthropic projects particularly in advocating for sustainable development, supporting education for underprivileged children, and promoting arts. She’s a volunteer mentor at local organizations such as the WeBC (previously Women Enterprise Centre), the Forum, and a Knowledge Philanthropist at Vantage Point. Her projects include the 2008 Olympics and the development of educational programs for underprivileged and marginalized children in developing countries. She also holds an MBA in Global Management from Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France, one of the world's top universities and business schools.
