I joined the Vantage Point Knowledge Philanthropist team last year to coach, train & consult leaders, such as CEOs, Executive Directors, and Board of Directors for non-profit organizations and to help build the new curriculum on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. My goal is to support building the non-profit capacity to better serve our communities, make a real difference and amplify their impact.
When I started VIV Coaching, I have always wanted to focus on sustainable and impactful growth. Volunteering at Vantage Point as a Knowledge Philanthropist has not only connected me with leaders of today, but inspired me along the growth journey of the non-profit sectors in BC.
